Jada Pinkett Reportedly Begged Tupac Not To Beat Up Husband, Will Smith

Before his untimely death, Jada Pinkett Smith reportedly told Tupac not to beat up her then-boyfriend Will Smith when they first started dating.

While at an interview with former Outlawz rapper Napoleon, he revealed to The Art of Dialogue that Tupac was offended by Pinkett-Smith in the beginning stages of her dating life with Will Smith.

She allegedly told Tupac to keep his hands off of her new boyfriend and the request apparently bothered him.

He was very upset. Pac came in the room [and] was like ‘Jada, she gonna contact me and tell me don’t do anything to Will Smith.’ Pac was upset and said ‘I don’t know why she thinks I would have tried to make some problems with Will Smith. ‘ He had a lot of love for Jada Pinkett at the time.

However, Tupac didn’t have any issues with Will Smith and was upset with Jada when she believed she could de-escalate any tensions between the two men. About 2 weeks s ago, Pinkett-Smith released a poem that was dedicated to her on Tupac’s 50th birthday.
