“I Am Leaving Nigeria, I Am Being Harassed For Being Gay” – Uche Maduagwu

Controversial Nigerian gay actor, Uche Maduagwu, has opened up on leaving the country soon, as he is constantly being harassed for his sexuality here in Nigeria.

Uche who came out of the closet in January this year, revealed he was recently harassed again for being gay. According to him, he has been subjected to harassment at different times because people believe being gay is against the Nigerian culture.

Taking to Instagram to lament, Uche wrote,

“They told me being gay no dey naija culture abeg is phone in our culture is buhari medical trip abroad in our culture. I dey leave Nigeria, I was harassed again for being gay”.
